Do you have internship or co-op opportunities?
The careers home page lists all current opportunities including any available internship or co-op positions.

How can I be considered for opportunities at Tapemark?
The Career Opportunities page includes both an e-mail address and a regular mailing address for you to submit your resume in response to a career opportunity.

How does the hiring process work?
The recruiter reviews all applications and resumes submitted for a specific opening. Resumes which appear to best fit the position requirements are identified and forwarded to the hiring manager. The hiring manager selects the most competitive candidates for an interview.  Interviews are typically conducted face-to-face in one of our West St. Paul offices but occasionally we conduct interviews via phone. Candidates will usually interview with several different people. The final decision is reached by considering the input from all members of the hiring team.

What training opportunities do you have available?
All Tapemark employees are required to take anywhere from eight to 40 hours of additional training per year depending on the position.  We support this by offering a variety of training opportunities in-house and funding outside training as well.  On an annual basis you and your supervisor determine additional training required as a part of your career plan.
